SHIPPING

​All orders are shipped from the Gold Coast, Australia via Australia Post (Domestic) and DHL (International).

​We offer free Express Shipping for all Australian Orders, and for International orders over $300.

Orders placed between Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched within 24 hours, and orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.

Please notify us via customercare, if you have made an error of Shipping Details so we can rectify asap. As once your item is dispatched this is now out of our hands to track your parcel. We will ensure to help where we can, however loss of packages / wrong address will not be refunded or replaced.

We recommend downloading the AusPost App to Track/ Update details.

​WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Please note that all orders require signature on delivery unless noted upon chekcout. If your address is unattended at time of delivery, your parcel will be redirected to your local Post Office.

​EXPRESS (Australia Post) - Delivery between 1-3 business days.

​INTERNATIONAL

International orders will be shipped from the Gold Coast, Australia via DHL Express.

International shipping charges will be calculated at checkout. Please allow 4-10 business days for your order to be delivered.

Please be aware of any import duties and taxes that may be charged upon delivery to your country. These charges depend on your country's import legislation, and will not be covered by Sommerfeld.

​Customers who refuse a package from Sommerfeld, are responsible for the original shipping charges, and any import fees that may have incurred, as well as the cost of returning the parcel to us. This will be deducted from the total refund amount once the package has been received.

GENERAL SHIPPING OVERVIEW

When your order is received, you will be sent a confirmation email. Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number. 

Please note that delivery times are provided as guidelines only. During peak periods and extreme weather events, these times may vary.

​Signature upon delivery is required. Once your order is shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the customer. If a package becomes damaged or misplaced during transit it is the customers responsibility to follow up with the relevant carrier. Any person who accepts the goods for you on your behalf constitutes a successful delivery.
